Online running programmes

Personalised online running programmes designed to your goals and schedule. Offered at all levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced and can be tailored for specific events:

One to one coaching

In person one to one running fitness and wellbeing coaching designed to help you improve your physical and mental fitness and achieve any specific goals you have (block book and receive discount):

1 hour £15

4 hours £50

Group running coaching

Small group in person running fitness coaching designed to help ladies improve running fitness and gain confidence in their physical and mental fitness whilst having fun together (block bookings also available on request for group sessions):

Up to 3 people 1 hour £30

Up to 6 people 1 hour £60

Up to 10 people 1 hour £100

 

Wellbeing Walks

One to one wellbeing walk and talk with me in the great outdoors. Time to get outside and walk/talk your worries away. Aiming to improve your mental wellbeing and relieve the daily stresses whilst improving your physical wellbeing.

Group Walks

Monthly group wellbeing walks with other ladies. An opportunity to meet fellow wanderers to improve physical and mental wellbeing and have a little fun along the way. Covering 4-8 miles of various routes around South Wales, and dogs are free to join. Details will be shared each month with members and through social media.
