Who is Wander Woman?

I'm Abby, owner and founder of Wander Woman Wellbeing and Fitness since 2026. I have over 20 years experience in running and fitness and have completed several marathons, half marathons, 10km's, 5km's and one ultra marathon during this time. I have first hand experience of mental illness and have battled for many years with depression and anxiety with little support from the NHS. I have found the best way to manage my mental wellbeing is through fitness, running, walking and exploring the great outdoors.

I'm an experienced runner and fitness enthusiast, a first aider, mental health first aider and a leader in running fitness. I'm compassionate and caring and believe everyone has the right to live a happy and healthy life. I love to help others achieve happier, healthier lives through physical and mental fitness.

I'd love to share my passion with others to help them achieve happiness and overcome any barriers which may be preventing them from living life to the fullest.
